Entering Golf Gear Raffles prize draws is really easy to do.
1. Select your chosen prize draw.
2. Pick your desired number of tickets (within the limit) by choosing your ticket number(s).
3. Answer the skill-based question.
4. Click the ‘Enter Now’ button.
5. Proceed to checkout.
You may enter the prize draw for free by post by complying with the following conditions:
(a) Send your entry by first or second class post to the Promoter at the following address: The Osiers, Bury Road, Stuston, Diss, IP21 4AJ.
(b) Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
(c) include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and
(iv) the Prize Draw you are entering and your answer to the Prize Draw Question.
(d) Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) You may make one entry per prize draw, per posted item; bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries, and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(f) By entering the prize draw, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) The Promoter must receive your entry before the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee you will be entered into the random draw;
(h) The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of your entry nor confirm if your answer to the Prize Draw Question is correct;
(i) if the number of entries reaches any cap or limit before receiving your free entry, you will not be entered into the random draw.
(j) Entrants must have created an account on the website for the free entry to be processed. All details MUST correspond to the details on the account. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed.
Each prize draw will have the maximum amount of ticket entries per person indicated on the listing. You can find this under the ticket icon. The number of tickets you can buy per prize draw will vary.
After clicking on your chosen prize draw, ticket numbers are randomly selected from the remaining pool of tickets for that draw.
After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation order through to your email. This email will confirm the ticket number(s) you have purchased.
Ticket prices vary per prize draw. Each price can be found on the listing, above the timer.
You can view your orders in your account section on the website.
On each prize draw listing, you will see a progress bar that will outline the number of tickets sold.
Once you have purchased a ticket or tickets, that is final. They can not be amended or withdrawn, and no refunds will be given.
At Golf Gear Raffles, we use secure, encrypted connections and payment gateways across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.
On the log-in page, there is a ‘Forgot Password’ feature. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
The Draw & Winners
The duration of a prize draw will always be indicated on the prize draw listing itself and may last for up to a three months once live. The duration may change depending on if all tickets are purchased before the prize draw closes, or if all the tickets have not been sold by the closing date. If all tickets are sold before the closing date, then the draw will be moved forward. Any changes will be updated on the prize draw listing page.
Once all tickets are sold, a live stream will be hosted on the Golf Gear Raffles YouTube channel, which can be viewed here. These draws will happen within a week of the closing date.
Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their registered account. They will then have up to 14 days to claim their prize by responding to this email.
If the prize is not claimed, then we will do a redraw at a later date. The person who is redrawn will then have 14 days to claim the prize. The prize will continue to be redrawn until it is claimed.
We do not offer cash alternatives.

Cashback & Online Wallet
Your online wallet is where you receive your cashback any time you buy a prize draw ticket. This is also where you will receive your affiliate earnings if you choose to join our affiliate programme. This wallet can be topped up and used to buy other raffle tickets on the site, as well as to buy rewards from our rewards store. You can find your online wallet in your account section on the website.
Cashback is an amount of money that you will receive back once you purchase a paid ticket. Each time you purchase a pay-for prize draw ticket, you will earn 5% of that sale which will go into your online wallet. For example, if you paid for 2 tickets at £1.00 each, then you would be credited 10p into your online wallet.
To top-up your online wallet, go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website and click on ‘My Wallet’. There, you will have three options. Click the option that says ‘Wallet Topup’ and follow the instructions on screen. We will not offer refunds for top-ups.
Yes, the minimum amount you can top your wallet up with is £5.
No, you cannot withdraw funds from your wallet into your bank account. Funds will only deplete when exchanged for other tickets.
Yes, funds from your online wallet can be transferred to other Golf Gear Raffles users, but not into a bank account. To do this, go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website and click ‘My Wallet’. You will then have three options on screen. Click the option that says ‘Wallet Transfer’ and follow the instructions. You will need to put in the exact email linked to the account you wish to transfer to.
