GOLF GEAR RAFFLES PRIZE DRAW TERMS
Version 1.1 . Effective from 6th March 2026
About us
- The promoter is Golf Gear Raffles Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 13396103 and registered office at Osiers Bury Road, Stuston, Diss, Suffolk, IP21 4AJ (GGR, we, us, our).
- Before an individual enters a prize draw promoted by GGR, they can find everything that they need to know about us and our prize draws on our website https://golfgearraffles.co.uk/ (Website) or by contacting our team by email: enquiries@golfgearraffles.co.uk.
About our prize draws
- We offer prize draws (each a Prize Draw) on our Website which allow participants (each a Participant) the chance to win golfing equipment if they enter the Prize Draw during a defined promotion period (the Promotion Period). We list the details of each Prize Draw on our Website (each a Listing). Each Listing will set out key details of the Prize Draw including the Prize, the Promotion Period and other key details.
Terms and conditions
- These Golf Gear Raffles Prize Draw Terms (the Prize Draw Terms) apply to every Prize Draw on the Website.

These Prize Draw Terms must be read together with each of the following:
- the Listing, which sets out the key details of each Prize Draw;
- our Website Terms of Use; and
- our Privacy Policy.
- Every person who enters a Prize Draw on the Website or by post (each a Participant or you) is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the Governing Documents upon entry. If you do not agree with any of the Governing Documents, please do not enter our Prize Draws.
- GGR reserves the right to update or amend any of the Governing Documents as it considers necessary. The date and version number of each Governing Document will be set out at the start of the relevant document on the Website.
which, together with these Prize Draw Terms, are referred to as the Governing Documents and form the contract between a Participant and GGR for the use of the Website and participation in any Prize Draw.
Eligibility

Entry into any Prize Draw is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees, officers and/or shareholders of GGR or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of GGR or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are involved in the administration of the Prize Draw in any way; and/or
- members of the immediate families (meaning spouse, civil partner, child (including adopted and step children), parent (including legal guardians) or sibling) of (a) and (b) above or individuals residing at the same residential address as (a) and (b) above.
- In entering a Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
- GGR may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the relevant Prize Draw.

GGR will not accept entries (whether through its Website or by post) that are:
- completed by third parties;
- completed or submitted in bulk or mechanically;
- automated and submitted by computers, software and/or artificial intelligence;
- submitted on behalf of another person;
- submitted by one person using multiple email addresses;
- joint entries;
- illegible, damaged, forged or tampered with;
- in the case of any postal entry, entries for multiple Participants using just one correct postage; or
- incomplete.

Any postal entry submitted in accordance with section 5.4(b):
- for which the correct postage has not been paid;
- which does not clearly set out on the back of the postcard (without an envelope) or on the outside of the envelope, the name and unique identifier of the Prize Draw that the Participant would like to enter; or
- which is included in the same envelope with an eligible entry (the first entry in the envelope being the eligible entry),

Any postal entry submitted in accordance with section 5.4(b) which is received and entered into a Prize Draw, but when inspected by GGR in accordance with section 7.3:
- is ineligible in accordance with this section 4, including by way of any non-compliance with section 4.4;
- is not legible; and/or
- does not include all of the required information (as set out in section 5.4(b)),
- Any limits on entry which apply to a Prize Draw will be set out in the Listing applicable to that Prize Draw.
- If there is any reason to believe that you have breached any of the Governing Documents, including these eligibility requirements, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse your entry to a Prize Draw, to exclude you from participating in any Prize Draw and/or to refuse to award the relevant prize to you.

will be deemed to have been ineligible and deemed to be void for any Prize Draw in which that postal entry has participated or was intended to participate.
How to participate
- Participants will be able to enter a Prize Draw during the Promotion Period which runs from the opening date (each an Opening Date) to the closing date (each a Closing Date) set out in the Listing for the Prize Draw.
- There are two ways to enter a Prize Draw, including a method of entry where the Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- All entries must be received by GGR by no later than the Closing Date for the relevant Prize Draw. All entries received after that Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

To enter a Prize Draw:
- On the Website: A Participant can purchase entries on the Website to enter a Prize Draw during the relevant Promotion Period up to the Closing Date set out in the Listing for that Prize Draw (Paid Entry). A Participant who is eligible and has successfully paid for a Paid Entry will be entered into the Prize Draw from the date of successful payment for the number of Paid Entries they purchase prior to the Closing Date for the Prize Draw.

By Post: A Participant who is eligible can send a letter or postcard which legibly sets out:
- their full name;
- their address;
- their email address;
- the Closing Date of the Prize Draw; and
- the name and unique identifier and/or title of the Prize Draw that they would like to enter,

GGR will not accept:
- responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, app, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of the entry to the Prize Draw.
- GGR is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of a Postal Entry.
by first or second class post to the name and address set out in the relevant Listing (Postal Entry). A Participant may also include their telephone number as an additional way for GGR to contact them, but this is not an entry requirement.
The Postal Entry must be received on or before the relevant Closing Date. The date of receipt of the Postal Entry will be logged. Any entries received after 5.00pm (UK time) will be marked as received on the next day. No confirmation of receipt shall be given for any Postal Entry.
Any Postal Entry for which the correct postage has not been paid will be ineligible and deemed to be void. A Participant from whom GGR has received an eligible Postal Entry on or before the Closing Date will be entitled to one entry into the Prize Draw per Postal Entry. All Postal Entries selected as Potential Winners (in accordance with section 7) will be subject to the initial verification checks set out in section 7.3, in addition to the general verification checks in section 8.3.
The prizes
- Details of the nature and number of any prizes that are available to be won for each Prize Draw will be set out in the Listing applicable to that Prize Draw.
- Any prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
- GGR reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond GGR’s control make it necessary to do so.

In relation to a prize:
- prizes are subject to availability;
- the Participant has no right to demand an alternative prize or a cash alternative;
- GGR reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value;
- GGR will confirm arrangements for collection or delivery and timing to the winner;
- the Listing relevant to that prize will set out the timing and logistics for delivery or collection of the prize and any other restrictions or limitations which apply.
- In order to claim some or all of the prize a potential winner must follow the process set out in section 8.
Winners

For each Prize Draw:
- the number of potential winners for each Prize Draw is one (1);
- all Participants who have entered using the GGR Website are assigned a unique identifier which will be entered into the relevant Prize Draw as many times as necessary depending on the number of Paid Entries that Participant purchased; and
- all Postal Entries are assigned a unique identifier,
- and these identifiers are then used in a random draw performed on the Closing Date set out in the Listing applicable to that Prize Draw. The random draw will pick a potential winner or winners (each a Potential Winner).
- GGR will endeavour to publish the unique identifier relating to the Potential Winner(s) within 48 hours of the Closing Date of the Prize Draw.
- GGR will make an assessment of a Potential Winner’s eligibility in accordance with section 4. If the Potential Winner or the entry of that Potential Winner is not eligible, then that Potential Winner’s entry will be void, any prize forfeited and GGR will be entitled to select another potential winner to replace them in accordance with the process described in section 7.1.
- If the initial assessment is successful under section 7.3, a Potential Winner will be notified by email (using details provided at the point of entry) within 48 hours of completion of the checks under section 7.3 and, if necessary, GGR will also subsequently attempt contact via any address or telephone number provided by the Potential Winner (Winner Notification).
- GGR will make reasonable efforts to contact a Potential Winner, including by emailing them up to three times and using any other contact details provided by the Participant. GGR will keep a record of each Winner Notification.
Claiming the prize
- A Potential Winner must respond to the Winner Notification and contact GGR by email at winner@golfgearraffles.co.uk within 14 days of the first Winner Notification from GGR, or such other contact methods as GGR may direct in the Winner Notification, to confirm that they would like to claim the relevant prize and to arrange their claim.
- If a Potential Winner does not contact GGR within 14 days in accordance with section 8.1, then that Potential Winner’s prize will be forfeited and GGR will be entitled to select another winner to replace them in accordance with the process described in section 7.1.
- Once a Potential Winner has contacted GGR in accordance with section 8.1, GGR may ask the Potential Winner to provide identification (for example a certified copy of a passport and/or photocard driving licence and two utility bills dated within the last 3 months) and such other information as is necessary to prove the identity of the Potential Winner and their eligibility for the relevant Prize Draw.
- A prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of a Potential Winner.
- Once a Winner’s eligibility and identity has been established to the reasonable satisfaction of GGR (including in accordance with section 7.3 and section 8.3), they shall be confirmed as a winner (Winner) and the prize will either be made available for collection or sent to the Winner within 30 days of the Closing Date.
- GGR does not accept any responsibility if a Potential Winner does not respond to a Winner Notification within 14 days.
- A Winner is solely responsible for all taxes or other fees, expenses and charges which may result from accepting the relevant prize.
- No fees or charges are required to be paid by the Winner to claim any of the prizes.
- If GGR and a Winner agree on an alternative prize to that advertised under a Listing, GGR cannot guarantee that the alternative prize will be available within the timeframe set out in clause 8.5.
Publicity
- GGR will always seek a Winner’s consent to make substantive use of a Winner’s details in publicity.

GGR must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation GGR will publish either:
- the username of each Winner, if the Winner has set-up a username to access and use the Website, including paying for Paid Entries; or
- the surname and county of each Winner if the Winner does not have a username,
- If you are a Winner and you object to any or all of your username, surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact GGR by email at winner@golfgearraffles.co.uk. In such circumstances, GGR must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
in a list of winners on the Website after the Closing Date stated in the Listing and may email those details to others entered into the Prize Draw (unless you object under section 10.3).
Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these Prize Draw Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
- As far as is permitted by law, GGR, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize except where it is caused by the negligence of GGR, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

As far as is permitted by law, GGR accepts no liability to any person (including but not limited to any responsibility for entries not successfully completed or responsibility for the non-payment of a prize) due to:
- any failure or delay of the postal system regardless of cause, including delays, losses, damage or mistakes;
- any failure of the banking system regardless of cause;
- any technical fault, technical malfunction, equipment failure, systems, satellite, network, app, server or website failure of any kind;
- any event outside our control, such as war or threat of war, acts of terrorism, pandemic, epidemic, flood, drought, or other natural disaster, collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident, or interruption or failure of utility or telecommunications services;
- something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. For example, failure to keep your password or log-in details secure, the failure or malfunction of your own digital device or equipment, the failure or malfunction of your own internet or telecommunications connectivity, failure to keep your contact details up to date or any failure to respond to our communications.
Data protection
- Personal data supplied in relation to any Prize Draw will only be processed as set out in GGR’s Privacy Policy and these Prize Draw Terms.
- Please see section 9 (Publicity) with regard to the announcement of Winners.
General
- The decision of GGR regarding any aspect of a Prize Draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend any Promotion Period or Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for becoming the promoter of the Prize Draws. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect a Prize Draw during its Promotion Period.
- You cannot transfer your rights under these Prize Draw Terms to anyone else.
- No person, other than GGR or the named Participant, has any rights under or to enforce these Prize Draw Terms or any other Governing Document.
- If a court invalidates some of these Prize Draw Terms, the rest of the terms will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.
- Even if we delay in enforcing our rights under these Prize Draw Terms or any other Governing Document, we can still enforce our rights later.
- The Governing Documents and each Prize Draw are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
